Youth Engagement is Operation Sower’s initiative to involve young people in shaping the future of their communities through hands-on leadership development, skill training, education, and food security training. In the Northern Region of Uganda, youth represent both the present and the promise of tomorrow. This program empowers them to become active contributors to sustainable growth, agricultural resilience, and community well-being.

Agricultural Education
