At Operation Sower, we look to carry out the mission by providing resources to those in need.

DONATION GUIDLINES
Before dropping off donations, arranging a pick-up or mailing a donation, please take a moment to review OS’s donation guidelines below. Remember, all donations must be pre-approved. Please contact the appropriate Program Coordinator to receive approval. No donation will be accepted without prior approval.
Once a donation is approved and received, you will receive a letter of acknowledgement.
EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES
Donations We Accept
Donations of books and educational materials from both groups and from individuals are welcome, provided they are pre-approved. These donations help many projects in our service areas.
All donations must be pre-approved and meet our guidelines to make sure your donations are accepted.
- Used books in excellent condition
- Library and fiction books in excellent condition
- Textbooks, non-fiction books and reference materials with a copyright date less than 10 years old
- New office and school supplies (i.e. paper, pens, pencils, etc.)
Donations We Cannot Accept
- Textbooks, non-fiction books and reference materials with a copyright date older than 10 years
- Damaged books
- Journals, Magazines, or Encyclopedias
HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIES
Donations We Accept
Donations of humanitarian goods from both groups and individuals are appreciated, provided they are pre-approved. These donations help with our humanitarian projects.
All donations must be pre-approved and meet our guidelines to make sure your donations are accepted.
- Travel-sized, new personal care/hygiene items (expiration must be at least one year away)
- Clothing and shoes (Clean, new, or like‑new items)
- Undergarments and socks (New Only)
